I had endoscopic surgery for herniated disk at L4-L5 in aug. 2000 and now 21 months later it is degenerative disk and causes extremely bad pain,i'm in pain management now.als have abad disk at L3-L4 and L5-S1.and i'm a poor canidate for any kind of fusion.seems like made me worse,this happened on the job.
