Re: slipped disc

My father had a slipped disk and had an experimental procedure done at the Loma Linda Medical Center in California. It does not include the use of pins or rods, they just cut away parts of the discs that are compacting nerves. Then, after surgery he had to wear a brace to re-align the discs. He hasn't had any problems since the procedure. I wish I could tell you what it's called, but he doesn't remember, and I was only 12 at the time. But it's worth a phone call.
