Hi guys, I also have back which goes down the back of the thighs or calf muscles. walking worsens the pain sitting relieves it. I haven't gotten any satisfaction from my Neuroligist, or Arthritis specialist. They didn't think it was spinal stenosis, but refered me to a Cardialogist thinking it might be heart problems, but my EKG came back ok, he doesn't think I have any heart problems but going to do a Echo to make sure there arn't any blockages. This was two months ago as he didn't feel any urgency. I have on my own been going to a chiropractor who thinks it might be the start of spinal stenosis. He has been treating me with several diffrent things including traction, which seems to be helping me. I have gotten over the extreem pain in my theis when I first stand up, and able to walk and stand longer.
