I too have experienced that problem several times. Before knowing i had lyme,
it showed up just after taking the herb "Cat's Claw" and lasted several days.
Two summers ago, i bought a health rider and the next day after using it those
same throbbing pains returned from my buttocks to my feet on the right side. I
waited many weeks to try it again and got the same results. Needless to say i
don't use the machine any longer. A few months ago i started taking some
"green" vitamins that included alfalfa, chlorella, spirulina, wheat grass, and
barley grass and within three days those same symptoms returned along with the
same type of pain in my left hand. I continued with the greens and the pain
subsided after a few days. I think it is lyme and certain things set it off or
stir those bugs up. Don't think it is sciatica because it goes away too
easily, although from what i have read on sciatica the symptoms are exactly the
same.
