fibromyalgia and lower back problems

Posted by JANFLO13

Dear Kim: I have had the lower back problems to the point where I didn't know
when I got up in the morning if I would be able to stand up straight or bend
over...it was horrible. After a bunch of tests they determined damage to I
think the L2 & L3, and my doc wanted to do surgery....I couldn't go there.
Oddly enough, I am now doing really well with this...my family doc put me on
paxil for depression, but it helped with the lower back problems and the pain.
I think us with FMS do not have normal chemical balances, and for me, the paxil
is doing something to keep my pain level and the ability of my body to function
somewhat normal.

Hope you find some relief for what is going on with you, Kim.

Blessings,
Janflo
