Piriformis Syndrome / Coccyx pain

Posted by skyali

Would like to know if anyone has had experience with either piriformis
syndrome ( a small muscle in the hip underneath the gluteus). It causes a
great amount of pain in the hip/butt because of it's location next to the
sciatic nerve. It's an abductor muscle. Also can cause pain in the
tailbone...so I've read. Does anyone reccomend a particular saddle? I've
always ridden Flite, but hurts too much.
