hi mate,
i've been admited twice to Monash Hospital with
L4/5 and L5/S1 herniated disks;
i've been going through excruciating pain and i
only got relief with morphine!!!
been suggested surgery again and again...
i had just decided to go for surgery when a
friend suggested a natural therapist
and i thought i'd give it a try; i have to say
you're in luck beeing in Australia,
this guy is one of the best you'll find
his method is basically to relieve the muscle
tension and then re-balance the body,
which is to bring it back to a healthy shape;
once the damage is done, that's the only
way to get long term relief (quite similar to the
Alexander technique)
i'm very pleased with my progress and although i
still have some discomfort, it's peanuts
compared to what i've been through; so here's his
details:

Best wishes
Lucian
PS. To anyone else from outside Australia, who is
considering surgery: consider this NATURAL
tretment before going for surgery; surgery will
relieve the symptom not necesarrily the cause
