Mindbody Prescription by Dr. John E Sarno - His patients include: John Stossel of 20/20, Anne Bancroft and Howard Stern

Posted by sburbncwby

3 months ago I had lower back pain which for no reason turned to
terrible sciatic nerve pain. I went for acupuncture with no change,
then I started seeing a chiropractor. He looked at my x-rays and
coincidentally, I have a herniated L5/S1 disc just like you. When I was
diagnosed with this, my back pain got much worse. The chiropractor was
no help(except some initial temporary placebo effect. He made me stop
climbing lifting, running sitting wrong, none of these things made any
difference, except put a big hamper on my lifestyle. Then a few weeks
ago I read a book, thats all I did, and my pain gone.

Here is a shocking fact...Virtually every human past the age of 20 has
degeneration of some type in the L5/S1 disc. It is normal, and it is
not, I repeat, not the source of your pain. No type of physical
activity is bad for your back. Surgery and physical therapy are not
necessary. You do not need to stop doing any activity. Herniated discs
do not actually cause pain.

Invest a very small
amount of time and money in a bookcalled Mindbody Prescription by Dr John E Sarno. He cures back pain without surgery or therapy and it truly works. John Stossel of 20/20, Anne Bancroft and Howard Stern and thousands of others have all been sucessfully treated by him.
