I pulled a muscle in my back about two days ago now, And I went to the emergency room and they told me I would have to wait 2-3 hours and I was in too much pain to wait there.. When i breathe in i get VERY sharp pains in my back.
And no matter which way I sit it hurts more than anything..
When I lay down all it does it push the bone into the pulled muscle so I cant lie down either, I went to the doc and all she said was it was pulled BADLY, But I dont know how I can sleep, I had to sleep in a chair last night the pain
was so excruciating I couldnt sleep in my bed.. Now what should I do, Is there anything that would help this pain.. Im on pain killers and they are not working all that well.
If i move my arm a certain way it starts again.. Now if anyone can help me out, I would appriciate it more than imaginable.... Thank you very much... And I hope to hear from someone :)....
