Has anyone that has PS experienced Plantar Fasciitis and shortening of the fascia muscle due to tight piriformus muscles and sciatic nerve problems?
I am curious b/c I have PS in both hips (had surgery in one side...minimal relief if any) and now have
Plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the band of tissue supporting the arches)
and I am just plain miserable. I live in Atlanta and can't find anyone knowledgable in BOTH areas
to treat them in conjunction. Please email me as I have been inactive for 12 weeks and am very unhappy and hurting daily.
thanks! and yes....biking makes the problem much worse.
