I have recently been diagnosed with Degenerative Disk
Disease, and the pain is pretty severe and pretty
constant. The one thing I just cannot do anymore is
stand still in one place for any length of time, so I often
have to leave parties early, and I'm a bit of a mess in
an airport ticket line by the time I get to the front. I was
on a pretty regular exercise routine at the gym for
several months and was doing pretty well when the pain
started. Now looking for other exercise that will help and
not aggravate the problem. Doctor just gives me pain
pills (Darvocet).
