A list concave left?
Fishmouthing
Diminished signals
Subligamentous disc herniations at levels L4-5 and L5-S1
Benign hermangioma
cauda equina and conus medullaris - no lesion seen
Increased signal activity
Hypertrophic changes at facet joints
Discogenic change
