Hi Jim. .I am in the same boat that you are in and don't know where to turn except to an attorney. . I also love my job and was injured and was told that I have lumbar stenosis which I never heard of and here I sit waiting for surgery and being told that my disability won't pay because it happened at the work place and work place tells me that I am not covered under work comp because it is a degenertive problem. . so I join you in being scared to death. .
