I fractured my l5, and pelvis. Like you said, it is pain that I never want to endure again. I have two children, and child birth was a breeze to my injury. It has been three months short of a year. Still pain every day. I have had to change my lifestyle, and still visiting dr's. Have appointment Friday to determing nerve damage, an herniated disc. I know that I need exercise, but like not experiencing extreme pain. Did you hurt bad at first with exercise?
