I am overweight, work @ a desk, and have extremely large breasts...oh and I'm basically lazy. BAD combination! I ALWAYS have a backache and occasionally hurt it badly. Last xray showed "bulged" L4 & L5 discs. I am currently in my "OUCH" phase. Didn't stop when my body said I should. I am going around in circles. I KNOW exercise would help my back...but I'm also scared to start because I can throw my back out just by cleaning 1 room in my house without frequent breaks! This pain is no fun and I'm scared of hurting myself, but I'm hurting myself by NOT exercising. Every DR I've ever seen has said I need breast reduction surgery...fighting with my husband over that one for YEARS and now that he says "do it", I'm finding reasons to put it off. Major surgery...2 months off work when I only get 5 sick days a years.... I know I need to do the surgery and the exercises, it's just so scary!
