I have lower back pain, mostly on l side . hip with leg pain. I had MRI showed bulding disc among other things. I am going to go to pain doctor to see if I can have a block. What do I do in the meantime. Doctor said not to sit. What a laugh/ Thanks Patty Also some numbness in feet. OPain in my leg hurts,
