I seem to have swelling located at the top of my buttocks. It is sore to the touch and makes it painful when sitting. I have had this in the past, but the swelling always reduced by itself. This time, however; the swelling has increased to look like a large knot at the top of my buttocks. It is about an inch in diameter, and is very sensitive to the touch.
