lower back pain and right hip pain

Posted by Jodi

Hi, I was hoping that I may gt some information here. For roughly the past year I have been having back pain predominantly in my middle back, up to my neck and then lower back. For the past 7 months (roughly) the pain has mainly moved to my lower back and now to my right hip right on the bone. It is more a constant ache/pain rather than just a severe pain. I had been working out but have stopped (about 6 months now) because I was afraid I might do damage not knowing what was causing my pain. I do not have health insurance so I can't even get xrays. I was reading a few things about fibromyalgia and I started to worry. How do they diagnose that? Has anyone experienced what I am? Do yo think it is serious? Thank you!
