Is the Healthrider Exercise machine a good or poor exerciser to use if I have always had a suffering sciatica. For the past three weeks, I have been using the Healthrider and my sciatica and periformis muscle have ached terribly, at night. I visited with a DO and gave me evercises to do and asked if I was doing anything differently and that is the only different way I have been exercising. Also, what is the best way to sleep? My piriformis muscle condition is the worst at night. I have tried pillows, ice, sitting straight up and the latter is the only position that helps. Can you give me any answers? Thanks, Ruth
