I also had a diskectomy of the L5S1 in 1996. Now 5 years later I am going in for a second diskectomy.
I was warned by my doctor that this may happen.He told me to make the best of the 5 years. I have.
Since the last surgery I have become a fighterfighter and an EMT-I. He said there was nothing I did to cause this.
I have a wonderfull nerosurgeon and but my full faith in him. I think you my need to start over again.
I was lucky and do feel sorry for you.
