mid coccygeal lordosis

Hi, Finally got this diagnosis form a coccyx MRI after 6 long and painful months-now who do I see? None of the doctors feel its there area. Any ideas as I have pain everywhere below 24 hours a day and cannot sit at all? I've had lots of other tests to rule out things. Docs around here are no help as to who to go see! Any suggestions for this horrible problem???
