I have a lot of pain in the area in my lower buttock but just about it seems where my upper thigh meets it. I am 42 and have just started Sweep rowing three years ago. It is very hard sometimes just to sit in the boat when we are working on drills. I'm trying to pin point my problem and where to start to fix it. Does anyone know if this is typical of rowers.
