I don't think I have the syndrome but ... Periodically I
have a shooting pain in my right buttock. I don't know what
triggers it. I am wondering whether doing leg lifts with
ankle weights for my left leg while recovering from surgery
for a shattered knee provoked what seems like a pinched
nerve.
