I am a 20 year old athlete at the US Naval Academy. I just had surgery on my L3-L4 and L4-L5 discs. It has only been three weeks since my surgery but next week I plan on getting into a pool to begin working out again. What limitations have you been restricted to since your injuries. Where can I find out more info on recovery after surgery. Where can I find out about how intensive and extensive I can train? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
