Hi,
I've been suffering from the piriformis syndrome for over a month.
Acute pain in the left buttock stretching way down my leg. Feeling
of tingling and needles in my leg when walking. After sitting down even for a few
minutes, when I get up to walk to pain slowly starts and increase
to go way down to my toes. It's like contractions, slow starting
increase intensity, my leg becomes very heavy and makes me limp.
Then it gradually stops. I feel no pain at all when jogging (which
I stopped though on medical advise). I go to physiotherapy twice
a week, see an osteopath specialists once a week and do exercises
that they recommend. I have accupuncture treatments and ultra-sound.

Its a very annoying pain and I am anxious that it goes away. Seems
like it will never go though. So, for now, I follow the advices
of the experts and hope that they will solve my problem.

Good luck.
