Lower back pain?

Posted by Evelyn

xaOne day I woke up with constant but not excruciating pain in my lower back. It lasted for over a week and a half, and the docs at the emergency room only gave me muscle relaxers and pain pills (tylenol 3). It finally got better, but recurred about 2 years later. I didn't do anything to cause this strain, either time. My back also hurts every morning and when I bend over alot and do any lifting extensively. Can this just be caused by poor posture or can there be another force at work. Thanks for any input.
