SI joint disfunction and pain

I was toll by my doctor that I injuryed my SI joint and for 2 years I have been in pain and have stiffness after sitting down for long periods of time. I have had joint injections that didn't help and also pain medication doesn't help. I am 46 years old and this problem has changed my life. Is the any help for me, I have to use a cane to walk, Pleas help
