I have experienced chronic lower back pain for 16 months. I have a bulging disc (L5/S1),nerve compressions, and degerative disc disease. I have more bad days than good days. Its been hard to maintain a house, care for three boys, and a husband. I am presently taking 150mg. elavil and alleve. I am interested in knowing more about alternative medicine, natural extracts, or anything that will keep my pain level to where I can maintain control over my pain. Physical therapy didnt work well. thank you/ God bless.
