Diagnosed three years ago with bulging at L4-5. Male - 46,
generally healthy.Attended PT
with little or no results. Attempted rest and use of
pain killers but that was temporary. Had ESI, which worked
for about three weeks, then resumption of cronic pain.
Had a second ESI with a bit more relief. At this time Im
Going on year four and have resigned myself to living with
the pain. Celebrex works at 1/2 the routine daily
dosage. Aggravation still occurs with any strenuous activity
lasting 1-3 days.
