BOB, I AM 47 YEARS OLD AND LOVE RUNNING. MY CASE IS SIMILAR TO YOURS. RUNNING HAS
BEEN DISCOURAGED BY THE DOCTORS THAT EXAMINED ME. I HAVE KEPT OFF THE WEIGHT WITH
WALKING ON A TREADMILL. THE IMPACT IS NOT AS BAD. YOU SHOULD GO EASY THE OVER HEAD
WEIGHTS. HORIZONTAL PRESS AND DUMBELLS WORK WELL WITH ME. UNFORTUNITLY WHEN YOU PASS
FORTY EVERYONES BODY BEGINS TO FALL APART. GOOD LUCK.
