Most probably bunched up soft connective tissue in your whole body's system of muscles and a misalignment of your vertical posture when you are in the "at rest" condition, ie not "trying" to straighten up. If you look at yoourself sideways in a mirror, do you see a curve-over in the upper back, a protruding forward or significantly arched back neck? In the lower back area, is there a nbig lean backward, and do your legs and thighs lean forward? This describes the "basic" imbalance.
