I have been fixing backs for 20 years. I'll talk with you free and send youo articles free. 1-888-299-5973 and above e-mail. You just pay for the call toll charges. My book is not yet published. But I'll send you detailed testimonials, too. You have 2 problems. Onbe is the tear and it needs about 7-10 times the nutrients to heal as when you hadn't had the injury. I use lots of sea vegetables for minerals, lots of dark green leafy veg juices for mins, vits and chlorophyll anti-inflammatory. ANd I use vit-C with bioflavenoids. This is how i finally fixed my pulled and inflammed arm muscle. But I also had to do Structural Integration Bodywork on it first to loosen it up and cut the problem down 50 percent. Your situation is similar. The shortness in the soft copnnective tissue of your leg, pelvic, abdominal and psoas muscles is probably too short. It probably got too bunched up with your activities. Very hard to stretch out because there are a lot of interconnections between muscles that hold it tight and the tissue gets hard. The juices will soften it up and make it more malleable to stretch or move with the Structural Integration Bodyworker. Where are you located? There are thousands of practitioners world wide. MD's know about this soft connective tissue because it is in anatomy courses, But they don't know that it bunches up all over the body and causes the basic zig-zag you have, that especially causes problems right where yours is. Call me or e-mail me. I'll help you get to the right direction. Releasing the pull from the psoas and adductors that is making the L3-L4 area too arched, and from the calves, hamstrings and buttocks muscles, will give the injured area some looseness so it can heal. But, you'll still have to do a lot of healing for the tear. Actually, I had a client heal a cracked rib in 2 weeks with lots of sea vegetables. And she was already doing a bag of spinach a day. Doctors have great diagnostic tools for the specific injury and they have lots of medicines to try to do something for symptoms. But you also ought to look into this nutritional aspect. RAw land and sea vegetables, high enzymes, etc.
