He probably has bunched up soft connective tissue and a basic imbalance. I've been fixing back problems and stiffness for 20 years with Structural Integration Bodywork and nutrition. Just e-mail me for info free. I have booklets, testimonials, etc. I'm in themidst of getting my knowledge out there, and am publishing a book and doing a website. But in the meantime, I feel bad he's having this problem which, for many people is easy to make better. I can direct you to pravtitioners, too. Free. You just pay for our phone calls. My voice mail box 888-299-5973. Nutritionally, he could probably benefit from lots of dark green leafy vegetable juices along with sea vegetables and maybe even a few grams of vit C a day, or frtesh pineapple. This will soften the tissue, make it easier to stretch, and maybe even diminish some pain.
