Re: The piriformis syndrome

I haven't yet been to a physician, and have "self-diagnosed" my pain as piriformis syndrome. I am a retired massage therapist now living in a very rural community. I have gone online, and found sciatica.org to be helpful in the diagnosis and newest treatments for this painful condition. Unfortunately, not much of it seems to be self-help, and though it is my intent to seek medical help, I would surely
like to hear if anyone has done exercises that helped.
