Lower back pain on right side

Posted by Alishia

I have been sick for about a week now with a fever and body ache. My lower right side of my back has been very painful and it has kept me from sleeping and sometimes the pain is so bad i can't walk. I think i may have a bladder infection and this morning i was vomiting and i have a fever. Does anyone know what could cause this? I have scoliosis and i am wondering if this could be the cause of the pain also.
