Hi ! For many years I thought I was In pretty good shape, I could lift weights and run I also was a member of a wildland forest fire fighting team called HOTSHOTS. Later I finally became a Police Officer and after serving 3 years as a patrol officer I was struck by a motor vehicle standing outside my unit conducting a fatality investigation. By the grace of GOD I lived and only came away from it with 2 herniated disks in my spine. Its been almost a year now and I am attempting a return back to law enforcement soon. Can you please forward information to me as to recondtioning myself back so Im able to do the job, or is there any return at all?????
