middle to lower back pain

Posted by Dave

I can't seem to sit in any one position for any length of time without constant back pain. The pain is from the middle to about 3 inches above the waistline. If I change positions, maybe go with, or without lumbar support it eases up for a brief period. What could be causing this, and is there a solution? I drive for a living, so you can imagine how important it is that I alleviate the problem. Thanx,Dave
