Spinal Surgery

Posted by Carole Griffin

I had surgery for a herniated disc on March 22, 2002 in fact it was six weeks ago today. Two weeks after my surgery I developed a severe Asthma attack and was hospitalized for a few days and could not go out side to walk as my doctor had advised me to do. I am sill having pain in my back and numbness in my big toe and the outside of the leg. Does anyone know if this is normal after a disc removal? i would appreciate any i put anyone can give me.
