I have a lateral L3-4 herniation, and had a steroid injection which really helped the acute pain.
The problem now is that I have lots of tingling in my leg,
which gets worse with extension, and better with flexion. Also,
it is worse when flexing to right and better when flexing to left.
I am reluctant to do McKensie, because the extension exercises
bring on the tingling. Any thoughts or ideas on what I might try?
