First super hydrate your body. Drink lots of water and take thing to help you retain that water. First check that your colon is working ok but do all this with guidance of a natural Doctor. Your disk might of worn from the stress you put on your body and could of been excellerated because you had bad alignment of the foundation of your body, the bones. If you get proper alignment and the body starts functioning properly you will have a better quality of life. If you ignore the misalignments your body just might excellerate the distructive process you are experiencing at this time. Please consider a professional who will help you attain the best structure possible for you at this time. If you continue the care, as many have, you might find yourself getting better.
