Re: shoulder blade pain

Your shoulder blade rides on your ribs. Your ribs attach to your thoracic spine. If the spine is out of place then your ribs are out of place and it restricts movement in your shoulder blade or what is called your scapula. The scapula distributes the weight you carry to your ribs into your thoracic spine, to your hips and eventually to your feet. Go to somebody to evaluate your structure and help you attain proper structure in your foundation, your bones, and see if that helps you. If your ribs, thoracic and cervical {neck} are aligned properly to the rest of your bones you might see your problems not only disappear, you might find yourself with better motion then you ever thought you had.
