Chest pain due to back problems

I am looking for some help on chest pain as a result of back problems
Can there be breathing problems due to back being out
I did a weight work out targetting my back muscles and since then have had
major problems with my chest and specifically breathing. Taking deep breaths
is very uncomfortable. I have had all the heart tests and blood work and they
confirmed it is not my heart or my lungs. If anyone has heard of this I would appreciate
your thoughts.
