I have a ruptured disk. I have had the back shots and physical therapy. I am currently waiting on an appointment
to see a doctor about possible surgery.
I was given a 45 degree Roman Chair. I was wondering
has anyone else use this type of chair before and if
so did you use it before the surgery or after surgery.
Also what is the average turn around time afte the operation? If you have any information please send it
