i am a50 year old male with avery physical job as ameat cutter in a kroger store .in the last two months ihave started having beltline backpain. in the past two weeks it has moved to my left buttock. the pain is almost unbearable when i stand for any period,that i have to do. just turning in bed is excrutiating.forget running...
