TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN. MY NAME IS SANDRA GONZALEZ AND I AM BEGINNING TO RESEARCH ON SPINAL SURGERIES DUE TO THE FACT THAT I MYSELF WILL BE GOING THRU SURGERY TO MY L4 & L5 SOME TIME SOON AND IT REALLY SCARES ME BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF YOU COULD FILL ME WITH SOME DETAILS CONCERNING THIS TYPE OF SURGERY. PLEASE ANSWER BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU,
