L2-3:
No compressive lesion seen
L3-4:
No compressive lesion seen
L4-5:
There is a mild posterior annular bulge with a small central high intesit zone. No compressive component is seen.
L5-S1:
There is a posterior central annular bulge with what is probably a small extruded fragment. There may be slight displacement of the left (per pt.) nerve root
Impression:
Degenerative changes at L4-5 and L5-S1. There may be a small protrusion at L5-S1 on the right displacing the left (per pt.) nerve root very slightly.
