Hi

It takes 25 days to get refills from Norco. I’ve been using them for about 6 months now.

Their customer services number is 407 483 0162.

I found this message posted on another board and I thought this would be handy for you guys.

Dear 21st****.com

Thank you for your email. We are doing everything in our power to sort out the problems that F+B and Kenadee group have caused us. We are of course using a new pharmacy that is 10 times better. We have now set up a ‘customer services’ number to deal with any problems caused by the previous pharmacies.

Please rest assured that once this backlog of past refills are
sorted out. We will be running back to normal and can assure you that our customer service will be second to none. We have learned our lesson by choosing such unprofessional pharmacies; we are working VERY closely with the new pharmacy ‘Tampa Bay Pharmacy’ to ensure that past mistakes are NOT repeated.

We apologize for any delays caused, and fully understand how
important it is for the customer to receive their medication on time.

Please let your members know our new customer service number which is 407 483 0162, lines are open between 10am to 6pm (EST) Thank You

Best Regards
NorcoDirect

Liz
