Re: Back surgery questions?

I ruptured a disc while working at a juvinile prison,my first surgery was to remove disc material, 6 months later the same disc was completely removed, pedical screws were installed. My back pain continued and after another MRI they found that the screws were loose and bent. I then had surgery to remove them. I felt great for about 4 months and then the pain returned worse than ever. Should another surgery help me? Both of my knees are swelling, and it is very hard to get around without medication. I don't know what to do. The doctor wants to do 360 fusion. Can I live without surgery?
