I would try deep tissue massage. It is painful, but well worth it
in the long run. I have had 7 massages now (since Jan 2002). It is
slow to heal, but at least I can stand longer than I could before.
The tingling and burning I would get has now subsided. I also do stretches
and ice therapy. NO HEAT. Heat aggravates it!! I am now also adding MSM to my diet.
It is a natural pill you can take. You can find it at any drug store. I take 3,500
milligrams a day to help with any nerve irratation and for muscle soreness. I hope
this helps.
