I had L4-L5 surgery almost 3 years ago. Pain is 5% of what it used to be, but I find that my back and stomach muscles have lost a lot of strength. I'm looking for exercises to strengthen both back and stomach muscles; I've also found none. Walking can only do so much. I'm alomst 59 so I guess age doesn't help matters. I feel pain every morning, but it is nothing compared to what I felt before surgery. Does some know a good exercise?
